Young sports journalists: new achievements
On September 6th, a methodological meeting on the development of the specialty of sports journalism was held at the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports. It was attended by teachers and professors from the Department of Languages who specialized in languages, literature and journalism, and students who studied sports journalism also participated.
Based on the results of the methodological meeting, it was decided to create the “Young Journalists” center operating at the institute, as well as using the material resources of the university, organize the work of radio and television studios, create a student electronic newspaper, and it was decided to further improve the mentoring and educational activities of the institute carried out by teachers with students.
