Training in sports psychology
Within the framework of the international scientific Practical Conference “Health, Education and Sports in the revival of the new epoch of the powerful state” in the presence of Zhavlon Ishtayev, Head of the Uzbek State university of Physical Culture and Sports Psychology and Pedagogy, doctor of pedagogical sciences, training in sports psychology was organized with students of the scientific organization “Young sports psychologists” of the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports.
During the training session “Psycho-technology in Sports”, the experience of the Department of sports Psychology and Pedagogy of the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports was disseminated.
Modern psychology, which studies the psychological content of training and upbringing athletes engaged in various sports, reveals the pattern of innateness, tolerance in sports skills, attending sport competitions, exchanged views with members of the organization “Young Sports Psychologists” on a collection of tests. The lesson gave great interest among the participants.
