International Professional Development Courses
A certificate award ceremony was held at the Faculty of the Olympic Types of Sport of the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports for professors, teachers, and students who successfully completed international professional development courses.
As part of efforts to enhance professional qualifications, 22 teachers of the institute successfully completed the 72-hour online course entitled “Modern High-Performance Sport: Challenges and Future Opportunities”, organized jointly by the International Association of Universities of Physical Culture and Sport and the NJSC «Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism». The program brought together more than 270 teachers, coaches, and specialists from Kazakhstan, Central Asian countries, and Russian Federation.
In addition, certificates were awarded to participants who successfully completed a young referee training program organized through cooperation between the Football Federation of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports. Around 30 students participated in theoretical and practical sessions, gaining knowledge and skills in football and futsal refereeing.
These initiatives play an important role in strengthening professional competencies, expanding international cooperation, and developing the national sports system.
